Working in partnership with the DMC Primary Care, CHS manages the Behavioral Health Department for the Practice.

The Behavioral Health Department is a level one treatment service which provides patients of the practice who need care with short-term, goal oriented counseling and medication management if needed while coping with depression, anxiety and a range of other issues including the stressors of living with a chronic illness or new diagnosis.

Clinical and medical professional staff is available to provide assessment, counseling and therapy as well as medication management services to certain referred individuals from the practice.

Patients of DMC Primary Care should speak with their PCP in order to receive a referral to the Department if needed.

Behavioral appointments are made by referral and appointment only.
